	About the Club: The Lake Travis Cycling Club was organized in 2003 to provide an avenue/arena for ALL Lake Travis area bike enthusiasts to meet and exercise in a fun and informal manner. The club currently has a $20 per year dues requirement & does require a membership form be completed for communication and liability purposes. Our Philosophy: To provide a great resource for area cycling enthusiasts. We espouse a philosophy of "Strength in Numbers". We believe that road rides (especially in this area) are best conducted in groups, for safety sake . We host a series of local regular no-drop rides for cyclists of ALL levels. We also meet at, and/or carpool to, many organized rides in the area, to participate as a club. Our Members: This is a club made up of riders of all abilities. From cruisers, to hybrid riders, and mountain bikers to road riders. From those who roll a few miles for health and fitness to those that train actively for road and mountain bike racing or triathlons. Anyone is welcome and we have rides to fit all abilities. What we have in common is a love for the bike and health & fitness. Eligible Participants: Anyone with a bike and a desire to ride.
